pinkdenim may make changes to the information on this site or to services described therein, at any time and without notice. pinkdenim may change, move, delete or add to the site frequently.

2. Our contract
After placing an order to purchase a product from pinkdenim, we will send you an email confirming receipt of your order. This email includes all details of your order. Your order represents an offer to pinkdenim to purchase a product which is accepted by us when the shipment is dispatched by pinkdenim. You will receive a confirmation email when your shipment is dispatched successfully. Any products on the same order which we have not confirmed in a shipment confirmation email do not form part of that contract.

2. Pricing and availability
All written and offered prices include german legal VAT of 19%. The prices do not include shipping fees and possible custom fees or domestic VAT.

All goods will stay property of pinkdenim until the total sum of any order between you and pinkdenim is paid.

Although all items are deliverd directly from stock, we cannot guarantee the availability of any offered product.

3. Customs outside the European Union
When ordering goods from pinkdenim for delivery in states outside the European Union you may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are levied once the package reaches the specified destination. Any additional charges for customs clearance must be borne by you; pinkdenim has no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be. Customs policies vary widely from country to country, so you should contact your local customs office for further information. Additionally, please note that when ordering from pinkdenim, you are considered the importer of record and must comply with all laws and regulations of the country in which you are receiving the goods. Your privacy is important to us and we know that you care about how information about your order is used and shared. We would like our international customers and customers dispatching products internationally to be aware that cross-border deliveries are subject to opening and inspection by customs authorities.

We comply to the german act that all orders maybe cancelled by the customer within 14 days without specifiying any reasons. You can meet this 14 days period by sending a textual message to pinkdenim, e.g. writing a short email.

Please handle all items carefully. The return of damaged, visibly worn or washed items will allow pinkdenim to claim compensation. This applies to items with removed labels too.

The costs of return will be beared by pinkdenim if the value of the returned good exceeds a value of 40.00€.

8. Governing law and jurisdiction

These conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Germany, and the application of the United Nations Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods is expressly excluded. You agree, as we do, to submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the district of Hamburg, Germany.
